Returns Policy
Here at Tinkle we understand that there are times when you need to return your devices, let’s face it, sometimes things change. If you this is the case and you decide you no longer wish to keep your product bought from Tinkle then you have 14 days in which return it to us from the date you received the it. We product must be in it’s original condition complete with everything found in the box.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Contact our office on 0330 3800 352 or email help@tinkletelecom.com with details of the item(s) you would like to return. You will then receive a Returns Number from which point you will be able to ship the item back using registered mail at the following address:

As long as the product has been shipped securely and in a reasonable fashion preventing the product from being damaged in transit you can either request a full refund or we can exchange it for another product that is appropriate A re-stocking fee may apply if your product isn’t returned in a good condition.
Goods must be received by Tinkle, or proof of postage sent to help@tinkletelecom.com within 14 days of sending you the returns number. Once your product has arrived at our offices and has been checked thoroughly, one of our team will process your exchange or refund. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing, so please take care to open goods carefully.
Refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be issued within 14 working days of receiving returned products.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT?
We are more than happy to provide a replacement for any product that develops a fault within 30 days of being purchased from Tinkle. If a fault develops after this period then we would organise for it to be repaired or replaced through the manufacturer. All of our products come with a minimum of one-year warranty giving you enough time to get the item back to us. Once inspected at our offices we will send the item back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair and once this process is complete, we will return the item back to you.
